As the first reporting deadline for Local Law 97 (LL97) draws near, building owners and their teams must file compliance reports and take proactive steps to reduce their carbon emissions. Hear from thought leaders in city government, real estate, and energy consulting companies about existing industry challenges, case studies, and innovative strategies to help portfolio owners navigate requirements and build a roadmap to LL97 compliance.
