East 149th Street Development: Signature Urban Properties and Monadnock Development / Dattner Architects
We are providing commissioning, Enterprise Green Communities certification services, and solar PV design and installation for the 66.6 kW and 57.6 kW arrays.
Elton Crossing: Phipps Houses / Magnusson Architecture and Planning PC
We provided solar design and installation for the 97 kW solar PV array.
HELP ONE: HELP USA / Curtis + Ginsberg Architects LLP
We are providing commissioning, Enterprise Green Communities certification services, and solar PV consulting. This project is also a NYSERDA Buildings of Excellence Award Winner.
Kingsbridge Heights Apartments: B&B Urban, L+M Development Partners, Center for Urban Community Services (CUCS) / MHG Architects
We provided Enterprise Green Communities certification services, commissioning, NYSERDA MPP partner services, and solar installation services.

We are providing LEED certification for buildings A, B, C, and E; solar design on buildings A, B, C, D, and E and installation for the 340 kW solar PV arrays on buildings A and B; commissioning for buildings A, B, C, D, and E; Enterprise Green Communities certification services for building D; and NYSERDA NCP partner services. We provided Passive House consulting and verification services, Enterprise Green Communities certification services, energy efficiency design consulting, cogeneration consulting, solar design and installation for the 34 kW solar PV array, commissioning, and NYSERDA MPP NC partner services. This project is the recipient of the 2019 Downstate Project of the Year from the New York State Association for Affordable Housing (NYSAFAH) Awards for Excellence and is a 2019 New York Energy Consumers Council (NYECC) Energy New York Award (ENYA) honoree.
