Local Law 97 is right around the corner, and Prescriptive Pathway properties have a lot of work to do to avoid fines. PECMs must be installed no later than December 31, 2024, and these properties must have their work verified by a certified Retro-Commissioning Agent in order to avoid annual fines.
Bright Power’s verification service will satisfy requirements for both Local Law 97 and Local Law 88 for properties on Prescriptive Pathway installing PECMs, setting our clients on the path towards successful compliance.
With over 8,000 buildings citywide subject to LL97 Prescriptive Pathway, it is crucial to act now to reserve verification services with a Retro-Commissioning Agent.
LL97 will create an unprecedented level of demand for these services, and you don’t want to get stuck without access to a quality service provider.
As certified retro-commissioning agents, Bright Power can now verify and submit the data on behalf of you and your properties to comply with both the LL97 Prescriptive Energy Conservation Measures and LL88 avoiding potentially hefty fines.
