Bright Power worked with RDC Development, a professional partnership between MDG Design + Construction, LLC and Wavecrest Management, to develop and install the energy and water efficiency measures and solar PV.

1500 Locust needed a plan to reduce high operating costs resulting from the use of district steam. After analyzing their utility bills in EnergyScoreCards, Bright Power suggested a cogeneration system may be a great investment.

Community Access worked with Bright Power to install our Resilient Power Hub (RPH)—a combination of 53 kW solar PV, 18 kW battery storage, and 10 kW cogeneration unit—to operate efficiently with site security.

Bright Power worked with Hudson Companies in designing a building that achieved ENERGY STAR certification, which resulted in a 26% improvement from code. By building to Enterprise Green Communities standards, Dumont Green boasts lower utility costs, a healthier living environment for its residents, and increased sustainability.

The energy audit at Pinewood Hall found an opportunity to reduce gas usage by 50% and electricity usage by 10%. Bright Power helped the building go through New Jersey's Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) to minimize the upfront costs associated with the audit and project implementation.

The scope of the project included substantial upgrades to the heating and ventilation systems, building envelopes, as well as the installation of low-flow water fixtures and low-flush toilets. These upgrades both addressed problems in the building and were aligned with CMC’s priorities.

Designing a cascading solar PV system across the top and down the facade of Via Verde enabled the panels to appear vertical without sacrificing their efficiency.

Bright Power worked with the owner and the design team to integrate energy efficiency and solar energy into the building's plans from the start. The most notable features include a high efficiency condensing boiler plant that will provide hot water and heat to the building at a combustion efficiency of over 90% and a 114 kW solar PV system.

Mercy Housing partnered with Bright Power and Affordable Community Energy Services Company (ACE) to help upgrade around 80 properties – which represents the majority of their California portfolio.
