We’re excited to share that Bright Power has been named to TIME’s America’s and the World’s Top GreenTech Companies of 2026! This recognition reflects more than 20 years of helping real estate owners, operators, and developers improve building performance, lower energy costs, strengthen net operating income, and navigate increasingly complex carbon compliance requirements.
TIME developed both rankings with Statista, a leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider, to identify companies whose technologies, products, and services help mitigate the human impact on the environment. Companies were evaluated on three criteria: positive environmental impact, financial strength, and innovation drive. Earning a place on both lists reflects what our teams deliver for building owners every day, from lower energy costs and higher net operating income to a clearer path through carbon compliance.
For us, this recognition comes back to results.”Buildings are one of the largest sources of global emissions, which makes the built environment one of the most important opportunities for climate impact,” said Andrea Mancino, CEO of Bright Power. “To date, our work has helped reduce emissions equivalent to taking more than 70,000 cars off the road. This recognition reflects the opportunity to keep building a more sustainable future, and we will continue our mission toward a zero-carbon future.”
We’re continuing to evolve our approach to scale and speed up building decarbonization. Our recent launch of Bright Power AI, an intelligent energy platform, helps real estate owners turn emissions compliance into strategic capital project opportunities. The platform forecasts carbon emissions, models retrofit scenarios, and identifies cost-effective decarbonization strategies.
We’re proud of what this recognition represents, and we remain focused on the work ahead: speeding up the transition to a zero-carbon future for the buildings and communities we serve.
