What do you do now and what are you planning for the future?: I am working with a great team at Bright Power to build a service that provides ongoing training, technical support, and real-time energy monitoring for buildings’ central plant and utilities. We aim to support the full team of building operators and managers as an energy management partner so their organizations can reach their sustainability and carbon reduction goals. Our future goal is to ensure this type of data-driven approach is more widely understood and adapted within the real estate industry to increase staff capacity to support advancing mechanical systems and help reduce carbon emissions at a large scale.
How do you unwind from a busy day?: Cooking. Chopping, prepping, and creating a dish is really relaxing at the end of workday.
Favorite book or author: Chuck Palahniuk is up there, but it is hard to nail down to one!
