2050 Grand Concourse is slated to achieve LEED Platinum certification, designed with sustainable tools to improve energy efficiency, reduce the building’s carbon footprint, control water usage, generate on-site power, and ensure resiliency. Bright Power will be implementing solar photovoltaic system, as well as electric heat pumps for both heating and cooling and a green roof. Residences will have electric stoves, high-efficiency UPVC windows, LED lighting, Energy-Star appliances, and low-flow plumbing fixtures.
