We’re thrilled to be collaborating on “La Ostra” with Slate Property Group, Xenolith Partners, Comunilife, MAP Architects, and an outstanding team of partners to transform a vacant site in Inwood into affordable housing, featuring community space and a science hub that will benefit residents and local organizations alike. This project reflects our commitment to thoughtful, community-driven design and sustainable development as we work alongside developers, non-profit partners, and the NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development to bring meaningful new resources to the neighborhood.
