Colleen Woodson is the Senior Vice President of Data & Product Strategy at Bright Power. She leads the team responsible for the company’s data-driven products, most notably EnergyScoreCards, Bright Power’s proprietary benchmarking and energy analysis software.

With a deep background in data science and energy management, Colleen focuses on turning complex building data into clear, actionable insights for real estate owners and operators. Her work is central to the “Follow” part of Bright Power’s “Find, Fix, Follow” methodology, ensuring that energy-saving measures are verified and that buildings continue to perform optimally over time.

Under her leadership, the Data & Product team has expanded its capabilities to support compliance with evolving local laws (like NYC’s Local Law 97) and investor ESG reporting requirements. Colleen is dedicated to using technology to bridge the gap between high-level sustainability goals and day-to-day building operations.
