Punit runs the Building Decarbonization for Existing Buildings team at Bright Power, overseeing Energy Audits and Retrofit Consulting services for multifamily and commercial properties. He applies his experience with engineering, energy auditing and building science to help his team develop and support implementation of actionable scopes of work aimed at reducing utility consumption, increasing occupant comfort, and ensuring compliance with local law. He also mentors a team of engineers and guides them with their energy audits, technical and project management skills.

Punit’s experience includes working at a variety of property types including multifamily residential buildings, hotels, public schools, colleges, and commercial buildings at various locations across the US.

Prior to joining Bright Power, Punit performed energy audits and retro-commissioning projects at several commercial facilities such as universities, hospitals, and correctional facilities.
