Allison leads the growth, development, health, and safety of Bright Power’s staff in her role as VP, Human Resources. She has over ten years of experience building and leading human resources in high growth environments.

She first began her career in human resources at a rapidly expanding hospitality group called Aurify Brands, where she built the HR department and partnered with leadership to open 40 restaurants across the nation. She then followed her passion for fitness and wellness to Brooklyn Boulders, an adventure lifestyle company that builds and operates urban climbing, fitness, and community centers. At Brooklyn Boulders, she focused on building a high performing HR team, putting in place efficient and effective HR processes, while implementing innovative culture initiatives.
