NYSERDA and Building Energy Exchange hosted the fifth NYSERDA Buildings of Excellence Gallery Talk, featuring Park Avenue Green, 425 Grand Concourse, and La Central Building C, three exemplary Passive House buildings and Buildings of Excellence award recipients.
Tyler Davis, Director of New Construction, shared information about Park Avenue Green’s design, lessons learned during construction, and an overview of how Park Avenue Green will utilize the award.
Bright Power is proud to implement our MoBIUSⓇ real-time energy management service at Park Avenue Green, North America’s Largest PHIUS+ Certified Passive House building, in the Bronx.
Bright Power will implement MoBIUS at 425 Concourse to allow Trinity Financial to understand how the building operates, optimize the high-performing equipment, and ensure the building’s carbon emissions stay low once it is occupied. Bright Power also is providing LEED, commissioning, and solar design for the La Central campus, as well as solar installation on buildings A and B.
