Project Highlights
505 State Street is New York City’s first all-electric skyscraper. Standing 44 stories tall, this building is a mixed use tower with 400 market rate homes, 40 affordable homes, and additional retail spaces in Downtown Brooklyn.
Our role was to provide quality control and in-depth verification of system functionality, improve energy performance, equipment life, air quality, reliability, building comfort, and reduce building maintenance costs.
We also worked to identify equipment deficiencies early to ensure quick resolution before more costly repairs are needed & created documentation to enable the ongoing building operation and address future maintenance needs.
