Santaella Gardens

Santaella Gardens is a 12-story, 159-unit affordable housing development in the West Farms neighborhood of the Bronx. The project emphasizes resident health and environmental stewardship. Bright Power provided comprehensive commissioning services to ensure the building’s systems—including high-efficiency boilers and lighting—were performing to design intent.
