Andrea Mancino serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Bright Power. Since joining the firm, she has held several leadership roles, previously serving as Chief Operating Officer and later as Executive Vice President.

Andrea has been instrumental in scaling Bright Power’s operations and refining its “Find, Fix, Follow” approach. She has overseen the implementation of energy efficiency and renewable energy projects across thousands of buildings, with a particular specialty in the New York City multifamily market and complex regulatory landscapes, such as Local Law 97.

Under her leadership, Bright Power has solidified its position as a market leader in building decarbonization. She is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and is recognized for her ability to bridge the gap between technical engineering solutions and real estate business objectives.
