Matthew Strobel is the Interim Vice President of High-Performance Buildings at Bright Power, where he leads efforts to ensure building systems are designed and operating at peak performance. Since joining the company in 2020, Matt has advanced from Commissioning Engineer to now leading the Building Commissioning and Sustainability Services team. He also mentors his colleagues with ongoing technical training and professional development initiatives.

With a background in HVAC design for multifamily residential buildings, schools, airports, and government buildings, Matt brings both technical expertise and hands-on field experience to his leadership role. Matt is a Professional Engineer and Certified Commissioning Professional who focuses on delivering high-quality deliverables for clients and building owners.
