California Gov. Jerry Brown and U.S. Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Julian Castro, announced a new project which will boost funding for solar energy projects in California’s multifamily housing market. The announcement was made from the rooftop of Mercy Housing’s Marlton Manor, featuring a very familiar solar installation.
