Bright Power’s MoBIUS helps Marymount Manhattan College (MMC) stay on top of their energy usage and supports their sustainability investments.

The College has implemented a Building Management System that monitors/regulates HVAC system energy use. MMC is enrolled in Bright Power’s MoBIUS program, which allows for real-time energy management and provides support for the College through deferred maintenance planning, capital planning, and system tracking reports/data analysis.
