Project Highlights

Omni New York, LLC’s commitment to sustainability and resident comfort brought them to Bright Power. Over the course of our partnership, Bright Power helped Omni save significantly at eight of their existing properties, including River Park Towers, and use energy efficient design for their first new developments, Morris Avenue Apartments, Park Avenue Green, and Archer Green.

Bright Power improved building performance and efficiency across Omni’s portfolio through EnergyScoreCards, energy auditing, feasibility studies, compliance, commissioning, Passive House certification (PHIUS), Enterprise Green Communities (EGC) certification, LEED certification, and incentive management. Omni has also utilized Bright Power’s expertise in renewables and resiliency. Bright Power has designed and implemented solar PV and cogeneration at multiple Omni properties and is designing and implementing our Resilient Power Hub—a combination of solar PV, cogeneration, and battery storage—at their latest new development, Archer Green.
