Women in Construction Week 2026: Looking Back and Leading Forward at Bright Power
Women in Construction Week (WIC Week) offers a moment every year to celebrate the women shaping our industry. This year’s national WIC Week theme is “Level Up. Build Strong.” led by the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), emphasizing safety, industry trends, equity, leadership, and elevating women’s voices across construction workplaces.
At Bright Power, these themes align closely with our mission and the work our teams carry out every day. As we honor WIC Week 2026, we’re taking time not just to look forward, but to reflect on and recognize the accomplishments of our team during the last year. This “look back” allows us to spotlight a few of our team members whose leadership, creativity, and persistence help drive progress across our projects and communities.
